SPIRIT is the Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Foundation’s Employee Giving Program. SPIRIT is led by a newly formed committee of employee volunteers who help promote employee giving to support our hospital and clinics. All ROOTS members are invited to the helipad to take a group photo. Wear your new million-dollar club shirt and show up at either 2:30 pm or 3:30 pm to be a part of this milestone photo! If there's inclement weather, please meet in the lobby of the clinic.

Week of April 22
Department Contests
Each department will receive one piece of 12x12 poster board and a piece of gold tissue paper that must be incorporated into your design. You must design a million-dollar bill in honor of the $1M milestone that ROOTS has achieved. We encourage creativity! You can paint, embellish etc. but nothing can extend beyond the perimeter of the poster. Your items may stick out up to 3 inches in front of the bill, but not behind it (no politics or offensive content). The million-dollar bills will be displayed in the hallway leading to the cafeteria. Winners will receive a department pizza party!

"Guess How Many Are In the Jar" Contest
The jar is located in the Moose Lake hospital hallway between Infusion and the cafeteria. Gear up your math brain and guess away! The winner and prize will be announced on Friday, April 12.

We'll be rounding and handing out treats on the below dates!

"Do people and their pets look alike?" Contest

• Submit a photo of your pet and a separate photo of yourself via email to donna.kirk@essentiahealth.org by Monday, April 15.
• Match the owner to their pet: photos will be sent electronically to all I35 sites, so be on the lookout!
• The winner will be announced at the Therapy Dog Meet & Greet on Friday, April 26, in the meditation room at Moose Lake Hospital. The winner doesn't need to be present to win.

• Share what you're thankful for on a gratitude poster—posters are located at Cloquet, Moose Lake, Sandstone and Hinckley
